Who We Are

The FBPW / Save Anwatin Woods is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization of citizen volunteers dedicated to naturalizing an undeveloped plot of land in Area 7 of the Bryn Mawr neighborhood in Minneapolis. Since November 2001, The FBPW/SAW has worked to learn the history and physical makeup of the land, calling on the talents and interests of over 60 households (and growing) in the immediate area. Using a combination of personal and professional contacts, The FBPW/SAW is identifying and asking for support from selected private, government and environmental agencies.
